Nas adds a verse to Maxwell’s track “Help Somebody”. This is on Maxwell’s BLACKsummersnight album that dropped earlier but donated to help contribute to (RED)WIRE’s fight against AIDS. Each purchase made will buy one day of life for a person living in Africa with HIV.

Here’s some new music from Joss Stone titled “Governmentalist” featuring Nas. This probaly been the track everyone has been waiting on since haer tracklisting hit the net.
Nas appeared on BET 106 & Park today. He spoke about the beating of 16 year old Derrion Albert in Chicago last week and the blog he wrote. Thats why I respect the dude Nas. Cuase you can always count on him to come out and speak on these type of situations. You can read his letter after the jump.

We caught up with Nas very briefly at the Orange Rock Corps gig. Check out what he had to say to us about not being on ‘Blueprint 3′ or Raekwon ‘Cuban Linx part ll’ , being offered the Def Jam presidency and up coming album with Damien Marley. He didn’t seem to want to talk about ‘Empire State Of Mind’
Nas also told us that he is loving parenthood again and life is great for him right now… when we brought up Kelis, he said ‘I’m just living, just living life and Kelis is living life’
Nas and C-Sick collaborate to create the track “Film”.
