I had this playing since morning of Nov 10 and this is 12.40am Nov 11 and I am still watching. I have goose all over. watching her give this heartfelt and soulful rendition make me want to be a citizen the more. I am a huge fan of the US national anthem even from back home (call me wierd!). This rendition made me look up other celebrity rendition and MJB, Whitney and J Hud’s are the best! God bless America

It’s a straight hip hop version of the national anthem. yelling and all. No smooth – flawless highs on the rendition. Her lower singing was good though. But she should not have reached for the yelling notes – distracting.

But Mary is kool. I do like her.

That was a great version! Not as good as Whitney’s, but Whitney’s version is perfection and a classic. Mary’s is soulful and done in her own way, as it should be!

COKE could NEVER EVER sing the National Anthem better than QUEEN Whitney. PERIOD! Her voice is shaky and WEAK as hell and she screamed to hit those notes. I hear her ass is releasing ANOTHER XMas album. When will she selll 730k without the Xmas rush?! Sad times for Maury! She caught a brick with Drake and she about to catch a brick with Santa. Bew.
